As a vet, can I use my benefits more than once?

Yes you can! There are certain situations where we need to be careful but yes most times. You can use your VA loan even though you’ve used it in the past.

Can I use a VA loan for a new house while still in the current home that is in a VA deal?

Maybe. If there is enough entitlement left over to use your VA benefits to qualify for the next home. It’s possible to qualify for two at the same time. Other options include refinancing your current home into a conventional loan to free up your VA benefits. Or, we can set it up so the sale of the current home happens at the same time as your new purchase.

How does Frontline Homes pair us with the best military lending / real estate experts?

Primarily, we prefer to match our lenders and real estate agents that are retired service members. Secondly, we vet all of our partner applicants and specifically seek those with a personal connection to the military. Next, we put them through a rigorous Frontline Education Partner Training, so we can verify their ability and aptitude based on the common hurdles military members and their families face.

Who qualifies as a “military member” for this program, and do I qualify for VA benefits?

All branches qualify. Active, reservists and anyone that is honorably discharged/retired or previous military members are eligible for this program.

What if I am PCSing (relocating)?

No problem. We can use your re-assignment paperwork to verify your position and new location which we can factor into your qualification immediately even before your new position has started to help your family buy a home prior to moving to a new area/position.

Can I buy a new home while deployed?

Yes, absolutely. Just because you are deployed, that will not stop you from qualifying even though you can’t occupy the home within 60 days of purchase as usually required.  That requirement does not apply during deployment!

Can I buy a home for my family to reside in separate from where I’m stationed?

Yes, as long as it is a spouse or children being relocated.  That said, the VA will not recognize non-married partners in this instance unless you have a registered domestic partnership.

Can I qualify for a VA loan with someone that I am not legally married to if they are not military members?

Yes! You can still buy a home with your VA benefits (with a non-spouse) if you put down a 12.5% downpayment.
